BDS is a game-changer for the performance of your 2020-2026 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD trucks with a 6.5-inch suspension lift kit and FOX 2.5-inch coilover conversion. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 38″ tires. These kits feature proprietary FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks designed to bolt on performance, with increased travel and the ability to soak up the roughest terrain while maintaining smooth on-road comfort.

In addition to replacing the factory torsion bars, the upper and lower control arms are upgraded to improve strength and travel, and to accommodate the new coilovers. The new upper control arms are fabricated from large 1.5″ OD x .120-wall tubing, fully TIG welded for the highest quality, strength, and durability. To complement the uppers, the new lower control arms are built from high-strength steel, fully boxed with internally gusseted.

This kit leverages BDS’s proven high-clearance design to improve ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection, while correcting suspension and steering geometry for excellent on-road handling. Up front, the kit uses FOX 2.5 coilover shocks, heavy-duty tubular upper control arms, fully boxed and gusseted lower control arms, high-arched 1/4-inch-thick steel crossmembers, and a multipiece differential relocation bracket and heavy-duty skid plates for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. These, combined with the provided sway bar links, bump stop extensions, stainless steel brake lines, CV spacers, supplied hardware, and more, provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for whatever you throw at it.

In the rear, BDS offers replacement lift blocks to lift and level that stance. The lift block installs in place of the stock block and retains ride quality and load capacity
