BDS is a game-changer for the performance of your 2020+ Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD trucks, with a 3-inch suspension lift kit and FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coilover conversion. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 35″ tires. These kits feature proprietary FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coilover shocks designed to bolt on performance, with increased travel and the ability to soak up the roughest terrain while delivering smooth on-road comfort. In addition to replacing the factory torsion bars, the upper and lower control arms are upgraded to improve strength and travel, and to accommodate the new coil-overs. The new upper control arms are fabricated from large 1.5″ OD x .120-wall tubing, fully TIG welded for the highest quality, strength, and durability. To complement the uppers, the new lower control arms are built from high-strength steel, fully boxed with internally gusseted. This kit follows BDS’s engineering standard to improve ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for excellent on-road handling. Up front, the kit uses FOX 2.5 coilover shocks, heavy-duty tubular upper control arms, fully boxed and gusseted lower control arms, and multipiece differential relocation brackets to maintain correct CV angles. These, combined with the provided sway bar links, supplied hardware, and more, provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for whatever you throw at it. In the rear, BDS offers replacement lift blocks to lift and level that stance. The lift block installs in place of the stock block and retains ride quality and load capacity. Also for the rear is a U-bolt flip kit for max clearance and precision-tuned FOX 2.0 Performance Series or Performance Elite Series 2.5″ shocks for ultimate off-road performance.
